岡山県産のブルーベリーを果実丸ごとふんだんに使用。
すっきりとしたブルーベリーアロマと柔らかな酸味、後から追ってくる天然の甘みを感じることが出来ます。酵母は一般的な商業酵母ではなく、厳選した野生酵母を選抜育種して使用。地元の恵みと野生の力が溶け込んだ、五感に染みるフルーツサワーです。
